A RESOLUTION"OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND THE SOUTH-
ERN ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS, AND AUTHORI-
AING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the agreement for the Memorandum of Understanding
concerning public owned transit operators between the City of Carson and the Southern
California Association of Governments is approved as presented; and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1975.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 754013, was duty and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 20th day of January, 1975, and that the same was so passed and adopted by
the following vote:
