A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH ALAN RIBERA
AND ASSOCIATES RE 190TH AND WILMINGTON PARK SITE
MASTER PLANNING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That an agreement between the City of Carson and Alan
Ribera and Associates for the master planning of the park site located at 190th Street
and Wilmington Avenue is approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
the agreement upon l�`ts approval as to form by the City Attorney.

regularly held on the 17th day of March, 1975, and that the same was so passed and
