A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARSON AMENDING THE
SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR FASCO
INVESTMENTS, INC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The rates set forth in the Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity of Fasco Investments, Inc., dba Crescent Cab of California, as heretofore
amended, are amended as follows:
1 . An increase from seventy cents (70�) for first 1/7 mile to
eighty cents (80t) for the first 1/4 mile or fractional part thereof.
2. An increase from eighty cents (80�) metered mile out of area
rate to begin 12 miles beyond City boundaries to ninety cents (90�) metered mile to begin
10 miles beyond City boundaries.
3. - An increase to twenty cents (20�) for each 1-2/3 minutes
waiting time or traffic delay.
4.No change is made in the metered mile charge for in -city
trips.
Section 2. All said revised rates may be placed into effect at any
time after date hereof.—
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of April
1975.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 75-053, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 21st day of April 1975, and that the same was so passed and
adopted by t e fo owing vote:
