A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AMENDMENT AGREEMENT
RE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING
ACT TITLE 11
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The Amendment Agreement re implementation of Public Law
93-203 entitled "Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973" is hereby approved.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the amended agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1975.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 75-063, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 5th day of May, 1975, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
