A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AWARDING A PURCHASE CONTRACT TO GMC
TRUCK AND COACH DIVISION FOR THREE TRUCKS
WHEREAS, funds are available for the purchase of three trucks; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids for three trucks were received and opened in the
Office of the City Clerk on 9 May 1975; and
three trucks;
to:
WHEREAS, GMC Truck and Coach Div. submitted the lowest bids on
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That a contract for the purchase of three trucks be awarded
GMC TRUCK AND COACH DIVISION
Section 2. That the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed
to execute the contract.

that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 75-065, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
-held on the 19th day of May, 1975, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
