A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
WEACCO, INC., FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RE:
GENEVIEVE STREET, SHEARER AND JAMISON AVE-
NUES, STREET CONSTRUCTION
THE CARSON CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That an engineering agreement with Weacco, Inc. for
services in the City of Carson is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the City Administrator be authorized to execute the
agreement upon its approval as to form by the Attorney.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 75-099, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 21st day of July, 1975, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
