Caliendo announced tha t Joe Ginejko stated that he would be resigning from the Board. He asked the Boa rd to let him know of anyone that they would recommend so we can submit their name to the Vi llage President for appointment. Joe’s appointment expires on April 30, 2011. Meszaros and seco nded P. Hines. Motion carried. P. Hines made a motion to approve the minutes of the January 14, 2010 meeting, Motion was seconded by J. Caliendo. Motion carried. A motion to approve the minutes of the Special Meetin g on March 2, 2010 was made by R. Meszaros and seconded by J. Caliendo. Motion carri ed. A motion to approve revenue and expenditure reports for January, February, March and Performance Report for fiscal year to date. Motion was made by J. Caliendo and seconded by P. Hines. Roll Call vote: Caliendo – yes, Mesz aros – yes, Hines – yes. Trustees Cousins and Ginejko were absent. Motion carried. A motion to approve bills payable and bills paid re ports as of April 15, 2010 was made by J. Caliendo, seconded by R. Meszaros. Roll Call vote: Caliendo – yes, Meszaros – yes, Hines – yes, Trustees Cousins and Ginejko were absent. Mot ion carried.

Motion was made by P. Hines and seconded by R. Meszaros. Roll Call vote: J. Caliendo – yes, R. Meszaros – yes, P. Hines –ye s. Trustees Cousins and Ginejko were absent. Motion carried Under other business a motion was made by J. Caliend o and seconded by R. Meszaros to name Linda Hagar, FOIA Officer for the Plainfield Po lice, as FOIA Officer for the Plainfield Police Pension Board with Barb Kujath as designee. M otion carried. Tom Sawyer and John Falduto asset managers for the e quities portion of the pension portfolio reported on the 1 st quarter of 2010. JP Morgan did not attend the meet ing and no report given. Pres. Caliendo asked that we not discuss the Request for Quotes for our bond portion of our portfolio. We had not contacted one of the firms that had submitted a quote. We will contact them and will try to schedule a special meeti ng in May or June with both groups. P.Hines motion to accept the quote for Benefits Admi nistration from Lauterbach & Amen, LLP for pensioner’s monthly payment, all IRS reporti ng of same and accounts payable. Seconded by R. Meszaros. Roll Call vote: Caliendo – yes, Meszaros – yes, Hines – yes, Trustees Cousins and Ginejko absent. Motion carrie d. An invitation to the 6 th Annual IPPFA Remembrance Fund Golf Outing was disc ussed and no one will be attending but the Board will be making a contribution to the Remembrance Fund with a $200 donation. P. Hines made a motion to con tribute $200 to the cause seconded by R. Meszaros. Motion carried. B. Kujath will arr ange for the check to be mailed next week. With no other discussion a motion by P. Hines to adjo urn seconded by R.Meszaros.
