A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING HIRING HAROLD WILSON
AS THE DESIGN ENGINEER FOR THE DESIGN OF THE
STEVENSON PARK STORM DRAIN AND APPROVING
ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the agreement for the design of the Stevenson. Park Drain is approved
as presented, and that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest the said agreement.

PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 1975.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 75-140, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 18th day of August, 1975, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
