A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND
JOHN H. HERBERT AND DONALD W. BYRON OF PIONEER THEATRES
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the agreement for street improvements is approved as presented and that
the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September 1975.
