SPECIAL MEETING
April 7, 2009
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date in the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 217 East Center
Street, Moab, Utah.
Mayor Sakrison called the Special City Council Meeting to order at 7:00
PM. Also in attendance were Councilmembers Gregg Stucki, Kyle
Bailey, Rob Sweeten, Jeffrey Davis and Sarah Bauman; City Manager
Donna Metzler, Deputy Recorder Danielle Guerrero, Planning Director
Jeff Reinhart, Community Development Director David Olsen, Police
Chief Mike Navarre and Animal Control Sergeant Randy Zimmerman.
Three (3) members of the audience and media were present.
Councilmember Bauman moved to approve a Moved -on
Structure Permit for MS, LLC d.b.a. Dippin' Dots Located at
702 South Main Street to Conduct a Dippin' Dots Mobile Trailer
from April 8 to April 12, 2009. Councilmember Davis seconded
the motion. The motion carried 3-0 aye.
Councilmember Davis moved to approve a Moved —on Structure
Permit for The Parts Store Inc. Located at 356 South Main Street
to Conduct a Concession Stand for Various Dates beginning
April to November 8, 2009. Councilmember Bailey seconded
the motion. The motion carried 3-0 aye.

A presentation was made by City Manager Metzler regarding the fiscal BUDGET PRESENTATION
AND DISCUSSION
year 2009-2010 Budget for all funds. Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the meeting at 8:40 PM. ADJOURNMENT
