A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON AWARDING A PURCHASE CONTRACT TO
DECATUR ELECTRONICS, INC. FOR TWO RADAR UNITS
WHEREAS, funds are allocated in the fiscal year 1975-76 budget for two
radar units; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Community Sagety has selected Electronic Range
Master, No. 715, as having the best overall capability for traffic control; and
WHEREAS, Decatur Electronics, Inc., San Clemente, California is the
sole distributor for the Electronic Range Master in Southern California.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That a purchase contract for two radar units be awarded to:
DECATUR ELECTRONICS, INC.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
contract.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September , 1975.
