The Village of Plainfield will have the Village President and three (3) Trustee positions open. Each position is for a four-year term. Petitions for Plainfield Village President and Trustee positions will be available for pick up starting on September 25, 2012. Petitions can be picked up at the Plainfield Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois, from the Village Cl erk’s office, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The first day to file petitions is December 17, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. The la st day to file is December 24, 2012. The Village Clerk’s Office will be open from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on December 24, 2012 to accept nominating petitions.
