A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON RADIFYING THE AMENDMENT OF
THE CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES
COUNTY REGARDING TITLE VI OF THE COMPREHEN-
SIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ACT
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed to approve
adoption and amendments to contractual agreements concerning the
City of Carson; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now deems it necessary to comply with
the above stated amendment to the original contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council does hereby
authorize radification of the following amendment of the CETA,
Title VI Contract with Los Angeles County:
The term of contractual agreement shall be extended from January 31,
1976 to March 31, 1976.
PASSES, APPROVED and ADOPTED, this 6th day of October, -1976.

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of said City is five; that the foregoing_ resolution, being Resolution
No. 75-175, was duly and regularly adopted by the by the City Council
of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 6 day of October, 1975, and that the same was so passed
and adopted by the following vote:
