A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-100 RELATIVE
TO ABANDONED VEHICLE ABATEMENT AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. California Vehicle Code Sections 9250.7 and 22710 provide for
an Abandone-PWIiicle Trust Fund and a method of disbursement of funds to local agencies that
participate in the Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program.
Section 2. The City of Carson has adopted Ordinance 73-259 in accordance
with the Ca iffornia Vehicle Code providing for the Abatement of Abandoned Vehicles and
desires to participate in the Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program and share in the
monies in said Abandoned Vehicle Trust Fund.
Section 3. That the Mayor of the City of Carson is hereby authorized to
execute thee attacFed amended contract with the Department of the California Highway
Patrol for participation in said Abandoned Vehicle Program, for the term of July 1, 1975,
through June 30, 1976.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the
foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 75-184, was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
the 6th day of October 1975, and that the same was so passed and
