A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-185, A RESO-
LUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5161522.91, DEMAND NUMBERS 17713
THROUGH 18005
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 75-185 allowing claims
and demands 17713 through 18005; and
WHEREAS, Warrant Nos. 17809 and 17937 were voided after the resolution
was adopted in the amount of $44,200.00 and $36.00 respectively with a replacement check
issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That Warrant Nos. 17809 and 17937 in the amounts of $44,200.00
and $36.00 respect�y are declared void and the register total of $516,522.91 is corrected
to a new total of $472,286.91.
