A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CARSON AND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAME
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the agreement for the installation of
City -owned traffic signal equipment onto Edison -owned wood poles
between the City of Carson and Southern California Edison Company
is approved as presented; and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 1975.

Resolution No. 75-194, was duly and regularly adopted by the City
Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and
regularly held on the 3rd day of November, 1975 and that the same
was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
