A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
GENERAL PLAN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES, FINDS, DECLARES
AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. That certain property outlined on Exhibit "A", designated as
Area Map Nos. 4221 and 4222, was annexed to the City on September 21, 1972, as Annex-
ation Area No. 4.
Section 2. That said property is currently zoned as low density residential,
medium density residential, neighborhood commercial and light industrial, as depicted on
Exhibit "A".
Section 3. The Planning Commission, following a public hearing, recommended
to the City Counc� a the Land Use Element of the General Plan be amended to depict the
property designated on Exhibit "A" as low density residential, medium density residential,
neighborhood commercial and light industrial, as depicted on Exhibit "A".
Section 4. The City Council, following a public hearing concurs in the
recommendation of tTe anning Commission and hereby orders that the General Plan be
amended as recommended by the Planning Commission.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 8th
1975.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is four;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 75-225, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 8th day of December 1975, and that the same was so
passed and adopted by the following vote:
