You undoubtedly have seen this item yourself on at least one of your weekly drives through town. This item appeals to me and I am considering placing a similar item adjacent to my garage door just like the Mayor has done. However, experience has taught me that there is a strong possibility that such an item may be regulated and indeed may even need to be approved by the Town before it can be allowed to sit in front of my home. If such an item may be installed without any involvement by the Town, I should also like to know that - in writing.
