A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-241, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN.THE AMOUNT OF $338.871.50, DEMAND
NUMBERS 24989 THROUGH 25236.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY, RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 76-241
allowing claims 24989 through 25236; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 25002 was voided after the resolution was
adopted in the amount of $12.50 and no replacement check was issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 25002 in the amount of $12.50 is
declared void and the register total of $338,871.50 is corrected to a new
total of $338,859.00.

duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 3rd day ofJanuary, 1977
and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
