A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-123, A RESOLU-
TION ESTABLISHING A TABLE OF ORGANIZATION FOR HCD
EMPLOYEES AND FIXING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
EMPLOYEES THEREIN.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to employ additional personnel
to implement those programs authorized under the Housing and
Community Develon_ment Block Grant from the Federal Government;
' and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council that the
employment of such additional personnel be contingent upon the
continuation of the HCD funds, and held separate from other regu-
lar employees funded from the General Fund and
WHEREAS, City Council approved the creation of additional
Dositions after the adoption of Resolution No. 75-123.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE TO AMEND PESOLUTION NO. 75-123 AS FOLLOWS:

is hereby este ished as follows:
