A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-202, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $440,140.51, DEMAND
NUMBERS 23539 THROUGH 23783.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 76-202
allowing claims 23539 through 23783; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 23740 was voided after the resolution
was adopted in the amount of $6.00 and no replacement check was issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 23740 in the amount of $6.00 is
declared voidand the register total of $440,140.51 is corrected to a new
total of $440,134.51.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED THIS 22nd DAY OF February, 1977.

of said council, duly and regularly held on the 22nd day of February, 1977 ,
and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
