A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON ADOPTING THE NEW MODEL FEDERAL
EEO BID CONDITIONS FOR FEDERAL AND FEDERALLY
ASSISTED CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Labor, effective
September 1, 1976, directed all contracting and administering agencies
to adopt the new model Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Bid
Conditions for Federal and Federally assisted ,construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARSON that the City Council does hereby adopt the
new Model Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Bid Conditions pursuant
to the direction of the United States Department of Labor.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1977.
