A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARSON AMENDING
THE 1976-77 TABLE OF ORGANIZATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carson adopted Reso-
lution No. 76-125 on 12 July 1976, establishing the Table of Organization for the
City of Carson; and
WHEREAS, the Table of Organization so adopted by the City
Council did not reflect amendments to the Table of Organization previously adopted by
the City Council on 4 August 1975, and does also contain significant typographical
errors; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carson is desirous of
amending the Table of Organization so as to include those modifications previously
adopted on 4 August 1975 and does also wish to correct significant typographical errors;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY
authorize the following amendments to the Classification Plan of the City of Carson:
A. The Craftsworker Series is hereby added to the Table
of Organization in accordance with the following:
the classification Craftsman i is hereby retitled
Craftsworker l; the classification Craftsworker 11 is
hereby added to the Classification Plan; the classi fi ca-
tion Senior Craftsman is hereby retitled Senior Crafts -
worker.
B. The salary range of the Craftsworker 1 series is hereby
acknowledged to be range 18 a while the salary range
for Craftsworker 11 is hereby established to be range 22.
C. The class titles of Maintenance Man 1, 11, 111, IV, and
Senior are hereby retitled Maintenance Worker 1, ll, 111,
IV and Senior.
D. The class titles of Groundsman 1, 11, and Senior are
hereby retitled Groundsworker 1, 11, and Senior.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 77-053, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
' held on the 21st day of March , 1977, and that the same was so passed and adopted by
the following vote:
