RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK
DISTRICT AMENDING PERMIT STANDARDS
(RESOLUTION NO. 75-13) TO EXEMPT
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF BLACK MOUNTAIN
OPEN SPACE PRESERVE
The Board.of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Park District.does resolve that subsection "d" is hereby
added to section 30.0 of "Permit Standards, Midpeninsula
Regional Park District, June 25, 1975" (Resolution No. 75-13)
to read as follows:
"d. The following portions of Black Mountain Open
Space Preserve:
(1) all of Monte Bello Road within 'the site
(2) the developed spring which feeds Gold
Mine Creek together with reasonable direct
access thereto from Monte Bello Road."

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Park District on September 24 , 19 75
at a regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
