A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING THE 1976-77 ANNUAL BUDGET TO DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council has given further consideration
to the annual budget for the Fiscal ear 1976-77 as it pertains to
various departments and functions of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City that
certain increases and adjustments be made in said budget, and that
certain appropriations heretofore informally made be set forth in
a standard form adjusting the affected accounts as described in
Exhibit A and Exhibit B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That the 1976-77 Annual Budget is hereby
amended as hereinafter provided.
Section 2. That the sum of $228,400 is hereby appropriated
out of public funds and the expenditures authorized for the several
departments, offices, and agencies for the respective objects and
purposes therein named.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 1977.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson,
California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members of
the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution,
being Resolution No. 77-062 was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at an adjourned meeting of said Council,
duly held on the 28th day of March, 1977, and that the same was so
passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
