Committee members present were Tom Turcketta (Chairperson), Steven Bergquist and Carol --- - ....-... Appleton. Patricia Bausch, George Carey and Jim Trabulsie were absent. Joy Houghton, 11 Center Street, Map 49 Lot -107 Window Replacement • Paul McLean, Renewal by Andersen, represented the homeowner at the meeting • Tom confirmed that there would be no changes to sizes or grill patterns and that they are 'Ins windows' and will remain white • Carol made a motion to approve as presented. Steven seconded the motion • All voted to approve as presented H-22-141 Alyssa Garnick, 211 Robbins Hill Road, Map 49 Lot 75 Amendment to W21-229 • George Davis, George Davis Inc, represented homeowner at the meeting • Amendment includes an awning type window, and a double hung window with a 3" stud pocket • Steven made a motion to approve as presented.
