Committee members present were Tom Turcketta (Chairperson), Steven Bergquist and Carol --- - ....-... Appleton. Patricia Bausch, George Carey and Jim Trabulsie were absent. Joy Houghton, 11 Center Street, Map 49 Lot -107 Window Replacement • Paul McLean, Renewal by Andersen, represented the homeowner at the meeting • Tom confirmed that there would be no changes to sizes or grill patterns and that they are 'Ins windows' and will remain white • Carol made a motion to approve as presented. Steven seconded the motion • All voted to approve as presented H-22-141 Alyssa Garnick, 211 Robbins Hill Road, Map 49 Lot 75 Amendment to W21-229 • George Davis, George Davis Inc, represented homeowner at the meeting • Amendment includes an awning type window, and a double hung window with a 3" stud pocket • Steven made a motion to approve as presented. Steven seconded the motion • All voted to approve as presented H-22-162 Jeffrey & Judy Mereschuk, 37 Drake Way, Map 114 Lot 19 Window Replacement • Jake Roberts, Renewal by Andersen, represented homeowner at the meeting • Application was signed as a Certificate of Exemption H-22-164 Harvey Shrage & Amy Cohen, 266 Alden Drive, Map 55 Lot 30 Addition ® Greg DeLory, Greg Delory Designs, represented homeowner afi the meeting • New addition will face Alden Drive • Deck is pre-existing. Steven confirmed that the 6 panel thermatrue door with two lites will be dark blue or black in color • Fixed skylights will be included in the addition Carol made a motion to approve as presented.
