The Brewster Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Committee, acting under the Massachusetts General
Laws, Chapter 470, Acts of 1973 as amended, came to order at 7:00 pm virtually being recorded at the Brewster
Town Hall. Committee members present were Tom Turcketta (Chairperson), Steven Bergquist and Carol

Appleton. Patricia Bausch, George Carey and Jim Trabulsie were absent.

Window Replacement
• Paul McLean, Renewal by Andersen, represented the homeowner at the meeting
• Tom confirmed that there would be no changes to sizes or grill patterns and that they are 'Ins
windows' and will remain white
• Carol made a motion to approve as presented. Steven seconded the motion
• All voted to approve as presented
