Committee members present were Jim Trabulsie (Chairperson), Tom Turcketta, Steven Bergquist ......... Carol Appleton and Patricia Bausch, George Carey was absent. • During the_Nove_mber l5"' meeting of the_Historic District Committee, One of our committee members, Tom.- _ _ _ _ Turcketta, had issues with his audio and voted via thumbs up or down. - - • There was a pause in the recording from 10:15 to 11:02 , to attempt to correct the audio issue of our committee member. H-22-153 Robert Cicerrella, 103 Clipper Way, Map 67 Lot 26 Solar • Conrad Geyser, Cotuit Solar, represented the homeowner at the meeting • Application stated that all black panels would be put on the roof, however the cut sheet shows a grid line pattern on the panel • Steven stated that due to the light color of the roof and that the home is in a cul-de-sac so it will be visible to other homes, he is not in favor of approval • Jim Trabulsie, Carol Appleton and Tom Turcketta are in favor of approval. Steven is opposed. • Carol Appleton made a motion to approve as presented. Jim Trabulsie seconded • Application is granted S-22-166 Great Cape Coop, 2624-2628 Main Street, Map 89 Lot 14 Sign • There was no representation in the meeting • LED Flood light needs to be 60 W or less, light can not point up in the air or toward the street • If a tenant changes, the applicant needs to come before the committee to be heard again • Carol made a motion to approve as amended pending the signature of the memorandum of understanding. Steven seconded the motion • All voted to approve as approve as amended pending the signature of the memorandum of understanding. Carol seconded the motion • All voted to approve as presented H-22-163 Carol & Steve Fasman, 51 Captain Dunbar, Map 91 Lot 41 Window Replacement isApplication was originally presented as "a Certificate Of Exemption, chair requested it be heard at committee hearing • Steven Sieger, Renewal by Andersen, represented the homeowner at the meeting • Steven S reviewed the project with the committee • Steven SCon irme there -Would that ere Would be no grills; as -there are no existing grills in the windows being replaced - • Carol asked for clarification on the window configuration shown on the bottom left of the house. Steven S stated that those are the double hung windows that will remain and they are 0/0 with no grills • Jim stated that for future reference the windows should be all 1/1 for grill pattern to make the house consistent. Steven S stated that the homeowners have intentions of replace all the windows with no grills for consistency over time with no timeframe • Steven B asked if windows 102, 103 and 104 would be the same size as the existing. Steven S confirmed that they would be • Carol asked if the new window would have a stud pocket or if it would be all one unit. Steven S said it would be one unit, mulled together. The Historic District Bulleting does not allow for mulled windows and a stud pocket would be required • Jim said that the window has 4" casings and that the window being replaced will also have the 4" casings • Carol made a motion to approve as amended pending the signature of the memorandum of understanding. Steven seconded the motion • All voted to approve as approve as amended pending the signature of the memorandum of understanding.
