A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING ENTERING INTO AN AGREE-
MENT WITH THE FIRM OF COTTON AND FRANCISCO,
AUDITORS AND ACCOUNTANTS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING CERTAIN AUDIT SERVICES FOR GENERAL
CITY RECORDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the agreement for provision of certain financial
audit services between the City of Carson and the Firm of
i Cotton and Francisco, Auditors and Accountants, is approved as
presented, and that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized
to execute such agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1977.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson,
California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members
of the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing
resolution, being Resolution No. 77-089, was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 2nd day of May,
1977, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following roll call vote:
