A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON APPROVING THE AGREEMENT
FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES

The City Council of the City of Carson hereby resolves
as follows:
1
Section 1. That the Agreement with the County of Los
Angeles for Animal Control Services for the period of July 1, 1977
through June 30, 1978, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
directed and authorized to execute the Agreement, approved in form
by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of June,
1977.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, Calif-
ornia, do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City
Council of said City is five; that the foregoing Resolution, being Resolu-
tion No. 77-099, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of
said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held
on the 7th day of June, 1977, and that the same was so passed and adopted
by the following vote:
