A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-100 BY CHANGING
THE DATE FOR OPENING OF BIDS FOR THE EMERGENCY
OPERATIONS CENTER (CASH CONTRACT 4269)
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Carson has passed
' and approved Resolution No. 77-100, approving the plans and specifi-
cations for construction of an Emergency Operations Center in the east
basement of City Hall, has ordered the work, called for bids, and
designated the time and place for opening of bids; and
Whereas, it is in the best interest of the City to amend this
action by allowing more time for receipt of bids;
Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of Carson does
hereby resolve that Section 6 of Resolution No.77-100 shall be amended
to read as follows:
Section 6. Receipt and Opening of Bids. The City Council
hereby fixes t e ortice of the City Clerk at t e City Hall, 701 East
Carson Street, Carson, California 90745, as the place, and Tuesday,
July 12, 1977, at the hour of ten o'clock (10 AM) as the time of
opening, examining, and declaring the bids. All bids shall be pub-
licly opened.
The City Administrator shall report the results of such bid-
ding to the City Council at its next regular meeting after the opening
of bids.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1977.

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 77-115, was duly and regularly adopted
' by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 20th day of ,June 1977, and that the same was so passed and adopted
by the following vote:
