THE RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON AMENDING AN AGREEMENT BE-
TWEEN THE FIRM OF RECREATION SYSTEMS
INCORPORATED AND THE CITY OF CARSON TO
PREPARE THE NECESSARY PLANS AND SPECIFI-
CATIONS FOR THE SECOND PHASE DEVELOPMENT
OF PFC. JAMES ANDERSON, JR. MEMORIAL PARK.
WHEREAS, Recreation Systems Incorporated will prepare the
necessary plans and specifications for the second phase development of
Pfc. James Anderson, Jr. Memorial Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Carson:
Section I. That the proposed agreement between the firm of
Recreation Systems Incorporated and the City of Carson be approved, and
Section 2, That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement approved as to form by
the City Attorney.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of
said City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 77-115,
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular
meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 20th day of June,
and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
