Rita,
This is a follow up to a Public Records Request I verbally made of you this moming, and your
response. I had originally asked for any audio you had of the Special Meeting of the Town
Commission yesterday, 4/14/14, as well as any documents regarding that special meeting, i.e.
any packages for the Commissioners, any notices, etc.
You responded that you had the audio you could put on a flash drive, as well as a copy of the
draft Ordinance 14/1 that had been given to the Commissioners. You made this available, which
I picked up this morning.
I just wanted to confirm that I have all the documents regarding that meeting, i.e., any meeting
notice, any agenda, etc.
If you could please confirm, I would appreciate it.
