We firmly support the Environmental Assessment requirement for the recently proposed Pine Creek Ranch development
east of Woodlands Drive.
The Woodlands Homeowners Association neighborhood has full time residents that work and go to school. Homes can
be rented for not less than 30 days.
Please make sure Pine Creek Ranch is for full‐time home owners with children.
