A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN JOHN SWANSON AND THE CITY OF CAR-
SON FOR CERTAIN CONTRACT SERVICES AT CITY
PAR KS.
WHEREAS, Mr. John Swanson will perform certain contract
services in the City of Carson; and,
' WHEREAS, the City of Carson finds the conditions set forth in
the agreement are in the best interests of the City to accept;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the proposed agreement between Mr. John Swanson
and the City of Carson be approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the agreement approved as to form and content by the
agency attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 10ti day of August 1977.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, Cali-
fornia, do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 77-161,
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular
meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 10t, day of August 1977,
and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
