�e it resolved by the Town council of the Town of
Wellsburg, Iowa.

Section 1. That it is deemed advisable and necessary
to pass this Resolution and make the following improvement
on its or�n motion, with and for the said Totivn of Wellsburg
I owa.
Section 2; That whereas the Town of Wellsburg has only
one Well from which to get its source of water, said well
being about 40 years old, and
iYhereas the Council is of the opinion that steps
should be taken to secure additional land for the
purpose of improving said situation, and
Whereas a parcel of ground is now available,there�'or

Wellsburg, Iowa, that Part of Lot 12 Co Aud 1926 plat
of subdivision of the N W � Section 14 -8�-13 be purchased
from Christopher Neessen for the sum of �2?50.00
and , be it fur�'rier resolved that the Town clerk issue
a Warrant in the sum of �500.00 payable to C N essen a$�
a down payment ofl said purchase of above ground, and to
pay the balance of purchase price upon ���;� delivery
of Warranty deed to the Towm Clerk.
Councilman W Haack moved the adoption of the above
Resolution, motion seconded by K P Kruse,
