RESOLUTION NO. 77-187
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON EXTENDING THE TERM OF CERTAIN AGREEMENTS
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON, THE COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES, THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, THE CITY OF
COMPTON, AND THE CITY OF LONG BEACH
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carson did approve by
Resolution No. 75-095 agreements for securing investigator services
from the County of Los Angeles, City of Signal Hill, City of Compton,
and City of Long Beach for the purpose of establishing a Multi -
Jurisdictional Burglary Team now known as the Southern Regional
Burglary Team; and
WHEREAS, Section III of said agreements may be extended by
mutual consent for periods not to exceed one year; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue the federal grant project
and operation of the Southern Regional Burglary Team with the County
of Los Angeles, the City of Signal Hill, the City of Compton, and the
City of Long Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the
City of Carson does hereby approve the extension of the Burglary
Investigator Agreements with the County of Los Angeles, the City
of Signal Hill, the City of Compton, and the City of Long Beach for
the period of March 1, 1977 to December 31., 1977.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1977.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution
No. 77-187, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said
City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
the 7th day of September, 1977, and that the same was so passed and
adopted by the following roll call vote:
