A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND WARREN
DOBBINS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the agreement to modify and reconstruct the
center median in front of McDonald's Restaurant, 21830 S. Avalon Boulevard,
between the City of Carson and Warren Dobbins is approved as presented;
and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk is directed
to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1977.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution being Resolution No. 77-191 was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular
meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 7th day of September,
1977, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
