A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARSON APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN BANNING HIGHSCHOOL
AND HARBOR JUNIOR COLLEGE AND THE CITY
OF CARSON FOR THE LEASING OF THE CARSON
PARK POOL.
WHEREAS, Banning High School and Harbor Junior
College will lease from the City of Carson, Carson Park
Pool from.January 30, 1978; to May 19, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the proposed agreement between
the City of Carson and Banning High School and Harbor Junior
College be approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement
approved as to form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 6th day of
February , 1978.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of
Carson, California, do hereby certify that the whole number
of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the
forgoing resolution, being Resolution No. 78-021, was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a
regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
the 6th day of February , 1978, and that same
was so passed and adopted by the following votes:
