I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 78-027, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said council, duly and regularly held on the 21st day of February, 1978,
and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-022, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $897,401.14, DEMAND
NUMBERS 32426 THROUGH 32771.
THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE, AND
'
ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 78-022,
allowing
claims 32426 through 32771; and
WHEREAS, Warrants No. 32449, 32457, and 32732 were voided
after the resolution was adopted in the amounts of $3,383.90, $66.93, and
$295.20
respectively and new checks were issued:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That warrant numbers 32449, 32457, and 32732 are
declared
void and the register total of $897,401.14 is corrected to a new
total of
$893.655.11.
