A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITYOF CARSON AND HOGAN ROY ASSOCIATES
TO PREPARE THE NECESSARY DESIGN CONCEPT AND
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LANDSCAPING
OF THE ALAMEDA BUFFER STRIP.
WHEREAS, Hogan Roy Associates will prepare the necessary
design concepts and plans and specifications for the landscaping of the
Alameda Buffer Strip.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carson:
Section 1. That the proposed agreement between the City of
Carson and Hogan Roy Associates be approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an agreement approved as to form by the City
Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carson this 21st day of February, 1978.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of
said City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 78-033,
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular
meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 21st day of February,
1978, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
