A RESOLUTION OF THE CpTY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON RESCINDING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN YOSH KUROMIYA AND ASSOCIATES
AND THE CITY OF CARSON FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PREPARING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
LANDSCAPING OF THE ALAMEDA BUFFER STRIP.
(CASH CONTRACT NO. 275)
WHEREAS, Yosh Kuromiya arid -Associates was selected to
prepare plans and specifications for the landscaping of the Alameda
Buffer Strip; and
WHEREAS, Yosh Kuromiya has indicated: the desire to withdraw
from the project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carson finds that the withdrawal of Yosh
Kuromiya and Associates from the project is in the best interests of the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carson:
Section 1. That the agreement between the City of Carson and
Yosh Kuromiya and Associates be rescinded.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the agreement approved as to form by the City
Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carson on the 21st day of February, 1978.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of
said City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 78-034,
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular
meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 21st day of February,
1978, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
