RESOLUTION NO. 78-036
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-022, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $893,655.11, DEMAND
NUMBERS 32426 THROUGH 32771.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 78-022,
allowing claims 32426 through 32771; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 32598 was voided after the resolution was
adopted in the amount of $25.44 and no new check was issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That warrant number 32598 in the amount of $25.44
is declared void and the register total of $893,655.11 is corrected to a new
total of $893,629.67.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED THIS 13th DAY OF March ;1978.
