RESOLUTION NO. 78-053
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF TAX
ALLOCATION BONDS, ISSUE OF 1978, BY THE
CARSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Carson Redevelopment Agency
(the "Agency") is a redevelopment agency (a public body,
corporate and politic) duly created, established and author-
ized to transact business and exercise its powers, all under
and pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law [Part 1 of
Division 24 (commencing with Section 33000) of the Health
and Safety Code of the State of California] and the powers
of the Agency include the power to issue bonds for any of
its corporate purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Agencv has heretofore adopted
its Resolution entitled:
"Resolution of the Carson Redevelopment Agency
Authorizing the Issuance of Tax Allocation
Bonds, Issue of 1978, to Aid in the Financing
of a Portion of the Cost of a Redevelopment
Project Known as Redevelopment Project Area
No. 2";
and
WHEREAS, the Agency has heretofore adopted
its Resolution entitled:
"Resolution of the Carson Redevelopment Agency
Providing for the Sale of $14,000,000 Princi-
pal Amount of Tax Allocatiorf-Bonds".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The issuance by the Agency of $14,000,000
Carson Redevelopment Agency, Project Area No. 2, Tax
Allocation Bonds, Issue of 1978, is hereby approved.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No.78-053 was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 3rd day of April ,1978 and that the same was so passed
and adopted by the following vote:
