A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND WEACCO,
INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAME
' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the agreement for survey on the alley from
209th Street to Dominguez Street between Brant Avenue and Lamberton
Avenue between the City of Carson and WEA.CCO, Inc. is approved as
presented and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk
is directed to certify said agreement.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 78-060, was
