A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND WILSON
AND ASSOCIATES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the agreement for engineering on Project No.
268 - 219th Street east of Figueroa Street between the City of Carson
and Wilson and Associates is approved as presented; and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify said
agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1978.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution being Resolution No. 78-061 was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular
meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 3rd day of April,
1978, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
