A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH THE
ENGINEERING SCIENCE, INC., AND FORD LEASING
DEVELOPMENT CO. FOR THE REVIEW OF METHANE
GAS CONTROL FACILITIES, DON KOTT LARGE TRUCK
SALES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the agreement between the City of Carson and
Engineering Science, Inc., for the review of the Methane Gas Control Facilities proposed
for the Don Kott large truck sales site is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the agreement between the City of Carson and Ford
Leasing Development Co. for the reimbursement of the costs of the consulting engineering
service costs is hereby approved.
Section 3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk
is directed to certify the agreements in the form.opproved`by the , City -Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 24th day of Apri1 1978.
