A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-059, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $285,407.50, DEMAND
NUMBERS 33563 THROUGH 33904.
' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY, RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 78-059, allowing
claims 33563 through 33904; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 33747 was voided after the resolution was
adopted in the amount of $88.00 and no new check was issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 33747 in the amount of $88.00 is declared
void and the register total of $285,407.50 is corrected to a new total of
$285,319.50.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 15th DAY OF May, 1978

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 78-084, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said council, duly and regularly held on the 1 th day of Mav 1978, and that
the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
