RESOLUTION NO, 78-097
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-137, A
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A TABLE OF ORGANIZA-
TION FOR HCD EMPLOYEES AND FIXING THE RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR EMPLOYEES THEREIN.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to employ additional personnel
to implement those programs authorized under the Housing and
Community Development Block Grant from the Federal Government; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council that the
employment of such additional personnel be contingent upon the
continuation of the HCD funds, and held separate from other regular
employees funded from the General Fund; and
NHEREAS, the City Council approved the creation of addi-
tional positions after the adoption of Resolution No. 77-137;
NO14, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 77-137 AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Table of Organization for the HCD Program
is hereby establish d as follows:

California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members of
the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing resolu-
tion, being Resolution No. 78-097 , was duly and regularly adopted

Council, duly and regularly held on the 8th of August and that
