RESOLUTION NO. 78-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CARSON AND THE AUDITING FIRM OF
COTTON AND FRANCISCO AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the Agreement for the final audit of Project
No. 255 - Handicap Ramp Construction, between the City of Carson and
the auditing firm of Cotton and Francisco is approved as presented; and
the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the Clerk is directed to certify
said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2 9th day of June, 1978.

certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution being Resolution No. 78-101 was duly and regularly

Council, duly -held on the 29th day of June, 1978, and that the same was so passed
