A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN HAL
SANDERS AND ASSOCIATES AND THE CITY OF CARSON
TO DESIGN, LAYOUT AND PRINT THE 1978 FALL,
WINTER/SPRING, AND 1979 SUMMER CITY OF CARSON
NEWSLETTER AND RECREATION BROCHURE.
WHEREAS, Hal Sanders and Associates will design, layout,
and print the 1978 Fall, Winter/Spring, and 1979 Summer City of
Carson Newsletter and Recreation Brochure.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. That the proposed agreement between the
City of Carson and Hal Sanders and Associates be approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized an irected to execute an agreement approved as to
form by the City Attorney.
